Neutrogena Hydrating Eye Makeup Remover Lotion, 3 Ounce

  My favorite eye shadow primer works so well, that regular soap and water doesn't remove all the traces of my eye makeup. Not to mention water proof mascara! A good remover is a must. I typically use liquids removers that at times feel harsh and sometimes irritate my eye lids. The last formula I tried claimed to be gentle on sensitive skin. While it didn't cause eye irritation, it did not remove my eye makeup very well either without a lot of product and going over the same area a number of times.  Recently I happened across the new Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover Lotion while at the grocery store and I decided to give it a try.

A nickel sized amount of this on a cotton pad is enough product for makeup removal from one eye.  It's creamy consistency makes it glide smoothly across my eyelid, and easily removes all traces of eye shadow, and eyeliner in a few swipes. I usually use another clean cotton pad with a bit more product on it to remove my mascara which it gets off fabulously as well.  The lotion formula keeps my sensitive eye area looking and feeling soothed, refreshed, and moisturized.  If you're in the market for an eye makeup remover give this one a try.
