Get the Look Makeup Edition: Lime Green and Pink Pout

When I'm in the mood for a pop of color I reach for my BH Cosmetics 88 Color Cool Matte Palette. This palette is also sold by Coastal Scents and various other online vendors, but the best price can be found on ebay if you don't mind waiting for it to ship from over seas.

Using NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk as a base.

This palette is a great inexpensive choice if you'd like to play around with some bright colors and figure out what works for you.  In my opinion, the eye shadow is rather powdery and does not produce the best color pay off, but a great way to make the colors more vivid is to use a white primer and/or white eye shadow as a base.  I use one of my faves, Urban Decay Original Primer Potion along with a  NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk if the color is on the lighter side. The milk pencil can blended out a bit with an eye shadow brush for a thinner application if you desire.
